Licenses are ok considering there are OF availables for PS3, but the lack of an editor for the staduims can be a problem, the game needs more stadiums. And this is why this year versión of Pro Evo shines bright. The most important thing in a sport game like this is the gameplay right? Because you can have ultra realistic graphics, all the licenses for teams, leagues, stadiums and kits, but if your gameplay is not well developed then all comes to nothing. This year PES 2015 has nothing to do with last year failure, is evident this year was remade from scratch and the result couldnt be better.
